Iron ore processing process

The mined ore is first initially broken by a jaw crusher, and after it is broken to a reasonable fineness, it is evenly sent to the ball mill through a hoist and a ore feeder, and the ore is crushed and ground by the ball mill.The fine ore material ground by the ball mill enters the next process: grading.The spiral classifier uses the principle that the specific gravity of the solid particles is different and the speed of precipitation in the liquid is different to wash and grade the ore mixture.When the washed and graded mineral mixture passes through the magnetic separator, due to the different specific magnetization coefficients of various minerals, the magnetic substances in the mixture are separated by magnetic force and mechanical force. After the initial separation of the mineral particles by the magnetic separator, they are fed into the flotation machine, and different drugs are added according to different mineral properties to separate the desired minerals from other substances.After the desired mineral is separated, because it contains a lot of water, it must be initially concentrated by a thickener and then dried by a dryer to obtain dry minerals.

The process of the magnetic separation and mineral processing production line is roughly as follows: (silo)----feeder----jaw crusher----jaw fine crusher----ball mill----spiral classifier----magnetic separator (fine powder can be obtained).A conveyor can be used to connect the machines in the middle.

Configuration of iron ore processing equipment
